Celebrate Mother’s Day

A message from Georgia: Mothers day is a great day to celebrate with your mother or your children or even spend some time alone nourishing yourself.  Some things to do include taking a bath, going for a walk in the woods or listening to inspiring music.

I think Mothers Day is a day of luxury.  Pull out your best bath salts, your favorite comfy dress and infuse the house with essential oils.  Another amazing thing to do is spend 5 minutes in the kitchen making the most delicious decadent Mamas Chocolate Mousse.  Being luxurious doesn’t have to be unhealthy and believe me you are going to love this!  It not only tastes amazing but it is also good for you.  It is vegan, gluten free, rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and omega 3 fatty acids.

Instructions
  1. Blend dates in blender or food processor.
  2. Add rest of ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
  4. Serve. Eat slowly and enjoy every bite.
Recipe Notes

For a salted mousse, add a pinch of sea salt before blending. Can also top with organic strawberries.
