“I am in the Limelight” Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 head cabbage green or purple
- 2 limes for juice
- 1/8 cup cilantro
- sea salt
Instructions
- Wash, grate or chop cabbage
- Chop cilantro
- Juice 2 limes
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add salt to taste
