VITALITY SPRING SALAD

 

 

INGREDIENTS

For Mix

  • 4 tsp pumpkin seeds

  • 4 tsp flax seeds

  • 4 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp dulse flakes

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper

For Salad

  • 4 carrots julienne or grated

  • 1 beet julienne 

  • 1 fennel bulb sliced

  • 2 cups cabbage red or green, sliced

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 cup mung beans or lentil sprouts

  • 1 avocado sliced, optional

  • olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine seed mixture in small bowl.

  2. Toss seed mixture with salad ingredients.

  3. Top with 1 sliced avocado.

  4. Drizzle salad with olive oil.
