BLACK BEAN BROWNIES

Dessert doesn't have to be unhealthy, try this vegan and gluten-free brownie recipe for a change of taste!

Servings: 16 squares
INGREDIENTS
1 can black beans
2 bananas
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oats
chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mist a non-stick 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a food processor, add beans and pulse 10-15 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients, except the oats and chocolate chips, to the food processor.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick is cleanly removed.
