Mamas Chocolate Mousse

Servings: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 6-9 dates soak, if hard

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 11/2 avocado ripe

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder raw

  • 1/4 cup nut milk or water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend dates in blender or food processor.

  2. Add rest of ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

  3. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

  4. Serve. Eat slowly and enjoy every bite.

RECIPE NOTES

For a salted mousse, add a pinch of sea salt before blending. Can also top with organic strawberries.
