Mamas Chocolate Mousse
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Passive Time: 2 hours
Servings: 2 servings
6-9 dates soak, if hard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
11/2 avocado ripe
1/2 cup cacao powder raw
1/4 cup nut milk or water
Blend dates in blender or food processor.
Add rest of ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Serve. Eat slowly and enjoy every bite.
For a salted mousse, add a pinch of sea salt before blending. Can also top with organic strawberries.
