Beet Hummus

Preparation: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 – 6
Ingredients:
1 beet
1 can chickpeas (15oz)
1/3 cup tahini
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Add all ingredients to food processor, blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
