Strawberry Balsamic Dressing
Preparation: 10 minutes
Makes about 1 Cup
1 cup sliced strawberries
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Store leftover dressing in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to five days, and shake well before using.
