Holiday Joy Balls

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 8-10

 

Ingredients:

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup tahini

¼ cup hemp seeds

¼ cup cacao powder

3-4 dates

1 tsp. vanilla

½ tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. ground ginger

1 tbsp. maple syrup 

pinch of sea salt

pinch of black pepper

 

Directions:

Mix peanut butter and tahini until smooth. Add cacao powder, maple syrup, dates, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix together until you have reached a smooth paste. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in hemp seeds. Store in refrigerator until serving.
