Heart Healthy Bean Dip
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups cooked black beans, drained
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Let hummus sit for 15 minutes before serving.
Enjoy with veggies, crackers, or corn chips!
